CastlePaste from Castle Software Ltd is a clipboard utility, designed to make life easier by giving you a simple method of pasting commonly used items into applications.

CastlePaste follows the window for the active application and attaches to its titlebar, so CastlePaste is always right there waiting for you when you need to paste something.

 

CastlePaste is easy to configure and easy to use.  You can quickly add Paste Items by pasting from the clipboard into the Configuration dialog.

 

Note : Images and OLE objects set up in Paste Items are copied and pasted as RTF (Rich Text Format).  If the application you are pasting into does not support RTF then pasting will probably not work.  For example, you can't use CastlePaste to paste images into Paint Shop Pro, because Paint Shop Pro does not allow pasting of items in RTF format.
CastlePaste makes it quick and easy to paste your information into almost any application.  You will save yourself time and effort by using CastlePaste to handle all of your Paste Items.  Once you have set up your Paste Items, you no longer need to cut and paste from other documents - just paste from CastlePaste's list of Paste Items.

CastlePaste can be used for so many different tasks that it is impossible to list them all.  Here are some ideas

  • Filling in online forms.
  • Standard email replies.
  • Form letters.
  • Standard paragraphs.
  • Email signatures.
  • Personal Information (Credit card numbers, address etc).
  • Standard HTML code.
  • Personalized code snippets for programmers.
  • Images or emoticons (copied and pasted in RTF format).

With CastlePaste, your information is always there when you need to paste it - no more finding documents, opening them and then looking for the information you want and then copying it to the clipboard ....

Paste Items are pasted at the current point in the active application.  Simply select the Paste Item to paste and then keep on typing.

 

Not sure whether you are running the latest version of CastlePaste ?  Simply tell CastlePaste to Check for Updates and it will contact the Castle Software web site for you and ask for information about the latest version.  Please note that this entire process is achieved by retrieving information from Castle Software - none of your personal information is sent to Castle Software.

CastlePaste PRO is not free software.  A lot of time and effort has gone in to the creation of this software.

CastlePaste PRO is released as trialware, meaning that you may use CastlePaste PRO  for a trial period of 30 (thirty) days, at no cost to you, to determine if it fits your needs.  If you decide to continue using CastlePaste PRO, you are expected to purchase a license by paying the applicable fee.

The unregistered trial version is exactly the same as the regitered version. The trial version will expire after 30 days if you do not purchase a license to register CastlePaste Pro.
