How Does It Publish ?
NewzAlert Composer can function in either of two modes.

Publish via FTP
When publishing via this method, NewzAlert Composer is also referred to as being in Standalone mode, as it is a fully self-contained method of creating, maintaining and publishing RSS feeds. Each time a feed is published, a static XML file is created and uploaded to the server of your choice using FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

Publish via NewzAlert Composer Server
When publishing via this method, NewzAlert Composer is also referred to as being in Servermode, as it works by communicating with special NewzAlert Composer Server software installed on your server. Each time a feed is published, the client program communicates across the Internet with the server software and updates only changed topics and feed information. For this reason, this method is usually faster. It also gives you more control over your feed, and allows you to Synchronize feeds between your server and one or more client applications. How Much Does It Cost ?
NewzAlert Composer is trialware;  you may use it for a trial period of 15 (fifteen) days, at no cost to you, to determine if it fits your needs.  After that, if you decide to continue using NewzAlert Composer, you are expected to buy it.  For further details, please read the license agreement in the NewzAlert Composer help file.

Restrictions in the Trial Version.
The trial version has a number of restrictions that the purchased version does not have :
The Reminder window reminding you to purchase.
You can only configure 15 Topics per feed.

The above restrictions are the ONLY restrictions in the unregistered version.  There are no hidden features or extra options available in the registered version other than the restrictions listed above.

 
System Requirements
NewzAlert Composer is a 32-bit program designed for Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP or newer.  

If you have a reasonably new computer (within the last 4 or 5 years or so) then you should have no problems running it.  Make sure your display mode is set to display 65536 colours (16 bit) or more.

  (Please note that this software has not been tested under Windows Vista)
  
• Internet Explorer 4.0 or later (minimal install)
• 16MB RAM.
• 16-bit Colour Display (65536 colours).
• 4MB Free hard disk space.
• Mouse or other Windows-compatible pointing device strongly recommended.
