The MyListMate
installation program creates a shortcut on the Start Menu, and a shortcut on the
Desktop. You can start MyListMate
from either of these shortcuts.
NewsAlert
If you have configured
MyListMate to start NewsAlert automatically, then when MyListMate
starts, NewsAlert will run and check for News, Program Updates and new Tips. To
run NewsAlert manually, choose Check for News or Check for Updates
from the Help menu.
Tips
By default, when you
install MyListMate, a Tip of the Day will appear when MyListMate
starts. These tips are a collection
of useful snippets of information to help you make the best use of MyListMate.
New tips can be added to the collection by NewsAlert.
If you don’t want the Tip of the Day dialog to appear, you can uncheck Show
Tips at Startup.
