| Selecting a Report
To view MyListMate's reports, you will need to first select the Reports page using the Selector Tab on the Main Window. Once you are on the Reports page, you can choose from the available graphs using the graph selector on the left of the window.
The selection criteria available will change depending on the graph that you select. Make the selections that you want and then click on the Display button to display the graph.
Printing and Print Preview are available from the List menu. |
The Price History graph
displays the Actual price for the selected Store / Product / Unit combination
over the history period chosen.
Values are displayed in ascending date order based on the list they belong to.
If an Actual value for the Store / Product / Unit combination in question is not
available in a list then a value will not be plotted in the graph for that list.

The Actual Spending
graph displays the trend of your actual spending over the history period
chosen.
List values are displayed in ascending date order.
If a list contains no Actual values then it will not appear in the graph.
If a list contains some Actual values and some Estimated values then it will be
marked in the list as (Est.).

The Estimate vs Actual
graph displays the estimated total and the actual total for each list over the
history period chosen.
List values are displayed in ascending date order.
If a list contains no Actual values then it will not appear in the graph.
If a list contains some Actual values and some Estimated values then it will be
marked in the list as (Est.).
