Key codes are supplied by e-mail, so please be sure to get your
e-mail details exactly correct, and please write
clearly. Although we deliver by e-mail we still require a
valid postal address, which must be the same address that
the credit card is registered to. Please also supply a
telephone number where we can contact you in case of any
queries (credit card address not valid, e-mail bounces
etc.).
