Having done all the preparation by creating your list, you will want to print it out to take it with you to the store.  MyListMate offers you a lot of control over how your printed list will look (See Preferences : Printing)

Before printing, you should check that your printer is set up for how you want your list to print.  You can see the current printer settings by choosing Print Setup ... from the List menu.

To see what your list will look like when it is printed, you can do a Print Preview before printing.  Print Preview is an option available from the List menu.
 

Please note that if you want a total to print at the end of your list, then you must check the Print Prices option in the preferences (See Preferences : Printing)
